Push pull SC connector with divisible housing is the new version of the standard SC connector used in telecommunications technology for multiple fibre optic cable connections and disconnections. The novelty of the patented product is reduced, compared to the existing solution, dimensions of the internal ferrule body, which allows the installation of SC connector at subscriber’s apartment, to which the fibre optic will be pulled or pushed through the pipes system or small holes.
Connector with divisible housing allows the use of pipes and holes with a much smaller diameter than before. This is advantageous due to the reduction of installation costs. A significant feature is of the solution is that the SC connector with divisible housing can work with standard SC connectors and using standard SC adapters.

1. Locate a red mark on a ferrule housing and set connector housing with open side facing upwards (please note: no red mark for UPC ferrule).
2. Place the ferrule at the enge of the housing. Red mark should be facing upwards.
3. Pull the cable and push a spring inside the housing.
4. Place a housing lid and click it in.
